You can use it internal and external. The most common usage is the skin treatment at home. The Aloe Vera gel can help, when you like to hydrate your skin or even if you have damaged skin like acne or a sunburn. You can get Aloe Vera leaves single or as a pack in an organic supermarket. Simply cut the Aloe Vera leave in the length and lay it directly on the skin. You will feel the moisturizing and cooling effect immediately. If you don´t need the whole leaf at the moment, you can store the cut leaf for a couple of days and it is still hydrated.
