Energy bites are the perfect healthy snack between meals. You can prepare a bunch of them for the whole week. Just grab them as you have munchies for sweets. Follow the instructions below to create 20-25 balls (depending on the size).
— 2 tablespoons of almond butter
— 1 tablespoon of mild coconut oil
— 1,5 cups of almonds
— 2 cups of dates
— 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
1. Throw all ingredients in a mixer and blend them together. We are using a Vitamix Pro 300 which allows us to throw all ingredients uncut into the mixer which is great to save time and washing up.
2. While blending all together we are using the Vitamix temper until it becomes a fine mixture and formed a nice sticky dough.
3. Now use your hands and roll the mixture into tiny balls. Store in a fridge for at least 1 hour and enjoy biting them!
